Buying on ARCHIF is simple — just add your item to cart and check out directly through our website. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation and we’ll handle the rest.

You can choose to pay either by cash on delivery or through Whish during checkout. Both options are safe and easy.

All deliveries are handled by our logistics partner Wakilni. Once you place your order, they’ll coordinate directly with the seller to pick up your item and deliver it straight to your door.

We currently don’t offer returns or exchanges. But if your item isn’t what you expected, you can always reach out to us — we’ll help you relist it on ARCHIF.

Every item goes through a digital review process before it’s listed. We check for quality, style, and condition — but remember, these are pre-loved pieces, so light signs of wear may be part of their charm.

We do our best to build a trusted community and virtually review every listing before it goes live. 

At the moment, ARCHIF does not offer in-house authentication. We carefully review each item before it's listed, but we rely on the honesty of our sellers and our curation process to maintain trust. We are actively working on integrating a trusted authentication process for luxury and designer pieces. 

In the meantime, if you purchase a high-value item and suspect it may not be authentic, you're encouraged to get it authenticated through a third-party service. If the item is proven inauthentic, you have 10 days to file a claim and receive a full refund.

To start selling, just send us a message on Instagram (@archif.co) or through our contact number to check if your item matches our curation standards. Once we give you the green light, you can upload your item for review. If accepted, it will go live on the platform within 48–72 hours.

We accept vintage or high-quality contemporary pieces. We’re currently not accepting fast fashion brands or items that are heavily worn or damaged.

You don’t need to worry about drop-offs. Once your item sells, our delivery partner Wakilni will come pick it up directly from your home.

Payouts are processed either biweekly or monthly — whichever you prefer — and are made through Whish Money. You’ll need to have an active Whish account to receive your earnings. Once your item is delivered and confirmed, the payout is scheduled accordingly.

Yes — all seller payments are made through Whish Money. Make sure you have an active account so we can transfer your earnings once the item is delivered.

ARCHIF takes a 25% commission on every completed sale. The rest is all yours, and payments are processed shortly after successful delivery.

Once a purchase is confirmed, our partner Wakilni will coordinate directly with the buyer and seller for pickup and delivery.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location in Lebanon.
